SHRINKING MACHINE FOR OPEN KNITTED FABRICS

A shrinking line for knitted fabric, warked either by Tenter or Relaxing Dryer, It consists of a Tenter/Vaporizing Machine, a Shrinking Calender by felt and a NON-STOP Rolling-up Devices.

The COMPACTION MACHINE makes in continuous centering,unrolling and fabric's selvedges clasping on pins,gardual widening with over feeding and corrections of the weft and width, shrikage, calendering, stabilization and rolling-up with automatic alignment fo the fabric's roll edge.

State-of-the-art devices developed through R & D deliver high shrinkage values, without subjecting the fabric to extra tensions,in order to get a uniform and constant dimensional stability with low residual re-entry values and a very soft-to-touch finishing hand.

By a wide vaporization before the shrinkage,the COMPACTION MACHINE is suitable for the treatment of all types of 100% cotton knitted fabrics:jersey piquel-interlock-plush-rib fabric-dyed and/or printed fabrics and union fabrics.
